I have some site information to announce. I will bullet it out for easier reading.

• First off, we are going to change the news focus here at PSU to be more community oriented. Of course, you will continue to see all the latest official PS news, but we want to get the community more involved. What does this mean?
  • You may submit news via our "Submit News" option on the left nav.
  • Inside there is a general PS news email, as well as a community news email.
  • Recruiting announcements and general outfit announcements are not allowed.
  • What is allowed? Perhaps there is a new community site on the scene? Or, you are organizing an attack or something fun (ANT Race, something silly), or even the forming of alliances. We will make daily community news posts with that day's submissions.
• Second we are hiring a PHP coder. You would be assisting powdahound in working on our admin backend, as well as coding new features to integrate with our site. Strong knowledge of HTML and PHP is a must. Position will also assist in the design of the PSU 2.0 forums upon release of vbulletin version 3. I would be willing to give you references in the future if you seek a real job in this position. We do not pay, it is volunteer work. If you are interested please apply here.
• Last but not least I am opening a few hosting slots. These slots are subject to review by the PSU staff, not all applications will be accepted. Your site must be professional and already complete, somewhere that we can view it. Again, it is a very limited amount of slots open. You can see the details and apply here.
