Squad spawning and indoors?

One thing I thought about. They have talked a lot about squad spawning which I find really interesting.

One thing though I wondered about is that I believe Matt have said somewhere that they are aiming for 60% indoor fighting and 40% outside. If they are aiming for a bigger part of the game to be indoors won't that cause some problems with squad spawning since it won't work inside?

The idea is to get you fast close to the fight if you just logged in, not to have it replace ams, towers and bases.

Plus it still allows for other methods, like spawning at an AMS or tower and even in a Galaxy which will be possible now.
