GoDaddy caves, stop supporting SOPA, however, doesn't say they oppose it. Quick, damage control! http://i.imgur.com/IV2Uk.png

Here's an article released today about GoDaddy:
http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2398211,00.asp Again, I doubt the US Government will take the slightest bit of notice. It seems to me that, unless they can impose martial law on the internet, in their minds the internet shouldn't even exist. |

Sony is still part of a publisher group which is supporting SOPA.
Sad to say, but "taking action" will probably mean to me to not get any Sony product until they really withdraw from this SOPA thing. I'm working in the internet department, and tbh these kind of Acts are simply a declaration of war to our job. So I'll take the appropriate action, and it will begin with not getting anywhere near Planetside2 for me as long as Sony doesn't understand how to protect their property without 1) breaking the Internet, 2) bypass basic human rights and simple justice. As much as I love PS and the job done by devs, this SOPA thing is simply too big a threat |

Sony, EA, Nintendo drop explicit SOPA support
Game makers Sony Computer Entertainment, Nintendo, and Electronic Arts have removed their names from the list of SOPA supporters...but is it reconsideration, or just a PR move? |
