Am I the only one who think that the textures on the ground looks weird on that picture?
Like... I don't know... Too shiny, too much bumps, I'm not sure. I think it's mostly because of the lighting, but it really caught my eye, almost as much as the Galaxy itself. |

EDIT: I'm getting a strange feeling like I haven't made any on-point post for quite a while now... So I say - The gal looks good, but landing gear? Meh... It looks like it's floating, wheels are waaay too small for such a giant. Last edited by NewSith; 2012-01-24 at 07:18 PM. |

I imagine the size of the gal is to allow it to carry 12 MAXs and the equipment for repawning/resupply.
Having said that I find the cursor in the middle of the gal's windshield annoying.

Well, we know that there are shields over the respawn tubes in bases from the respawn tube design video, I wouldn't be surprised that, once deployed, the back of the galaxy opens up, theres some kind of interior with spawntubes/equipment terminals that is shielded from enemy fire. That would explain why its so large... you might be able to actually walk inside of it.

Holy fuck that gal is huge. The wheel does seem a little undersize for it, too. It seems bigger than an MBT. It looks like a fucking carrier.
The chat window on the right looks like uncannily like an IRC window...

This - mostly We'll have to see if we can collect some of the best (oddest) moments in development. Some bugs are - epic.
