Its going to be hard to hit the driver anyway, unless you are really high up on mountain/hill you wont have the height and therefore will only be able to see the underside of the vehicle. If its low enough for you to see the driver then the chances are if you do hit him its going to be low enough for the vehicle to land or crash without any major damage

i don't think that you can shoot through windsheilds, because the vehicles don't have different hit boxes, and i think that the people inside are part of the vehicle. I think this question has been brought up before, and i think you can only shoot people in open cockpit vehicles, like buggies. I would assume that in the future, the glass is unbreakable. My question is, can you shoot through walls, and can you shoot through people. In CS, i got 400% accuracy with a scout one round (in rats, there's a path that all of the CTs have to follow to not get burned by the stove), because i shot through 4 peoples heads with one shot. I did a total of 700 damage that round, that was fun. I wonder if i will be able to lance like 20 people, cause that would be insane
