nc max shield pic?

In the new beta test journal Ss, i think its a pic of the nc max using his shield.

I havent seen any other screens of this, but maybe there are some (video perhaps?)

O well just wanted to point that out..hopefully it hasnt been mentioned already.

Why? When the shield is activated, the MAX allready has ROF reduced by 1/2. It doesn't need another vice.

the NC max might be overpowered, couse it can take ALLOT of punish when it has the shielf activated, and the cof is reduced by 50 percent, but it will rock the shit out of the vs in close probably, dunno about TR tho.
