If there was some was to either submit an outfit armour/vehicle skin I and I think most people would pay for it.

Ideally, there could be an interface in-game that the outfit leader could use to design an outfit skin and that skin would then be available to anyone in the outfit and locked to everyone else.

Failing this, being able to design your own skin outside of Planetside and then being able to submit it to SOE for implementation would also be cool.
