+1 for coverage is coverage.
Love him or hate him, TB is good at what he does. It doesn't matter if he's not good at a game, or if you agree with him personally, he's a great promoter.
I've been following TB for about 5 years now. I first started listening to his podcast show for WoW called "BluePlz!" where he'd give about 90 minutes of commentary on the state of the game, news, and blue posts, and where things were headed. I always found his commentary to be insightful and honest. When things were good, he applauded them, when they were not so good, he suggested how they could be better. He responded to listener emails, and he even produced skits and fake wow-themed commercials as entertainment. I also especially loved it when he'd break from his show for a few minutes with an interlude of heavy metal music.
When TB decided to stop covering WoW, he explained his reasons in a final youtube video on the subject. It was right around when The Firelands raid was coming out, and in his opinion, it was a step backwards for the game. Because the game was no longer personally interesting for him, he said he'd not be spending time on it anymore. I couldn't fault the guy.
Luckily, his WoW videos had gained him enough notoriety that he was able to branch out into other areas of internet famedom and has seemed to have earned himself a niche as a shoutcaster.
I appreciate what he does, and I'm genuinely stoked to hear that he's going to be so involved with PS2. I do not doubt for a minute that someday, he'll stop posting/tweeting/youtubing on it, but I also believe that it won't be for any sort of amoral reason. Promoting games is his job now- he's made a career of it, and as long as PS2 helps support that, he'll stick around, just like any of us would.
