Weekly Screenshot Delay

I am going to delay the release of the screenshots this week until either late tomorrow afternoon or tuesday. They will not be up in the morning as they were last week.

First reason is due to the severe packet loss while uploading things to PSU. Second reason is my video card fried up and I had to spend this afternoon messing with that (Got a 9700 instead of another Ti4600)

As a bonus I will include a small writeup on my PS experience this weekend.

But its all good, I'm just playing BF1942 until PS comes out.

Playing 1942 now as well... I keep saying, that wont happen in PS. From what I see, 95% of BF1942 players will totally suck at PS. Just a common sense observation. Not that I dont expect any carefully planned assault in PS to completely unravel if the plan is any more complicated than "attack Iraq", if you know what I mean. Anything with more than one step is doomed without the outfit, hence, good outfits are going to be a real commodity.

I wonder how outfits will recruit and train in a live environment...
Will there be an intitation? For example, like, for a hacker to join a NC outfit would he have to go out on his own and jack TR or VS specific vehicle and bring it back etc. Or for training will people chill in a base or drive out to some physical landmark in the middle of nowhere and proverbally piss on it to make it thier 'territory'? who knows. All I know is that Im getting tired of running up the hill in 1942 only to look at my map and see all those basecampers dancing around stabbing each other while they wait for a f@ckin' plane. I don't think I'll be a pilot simply because the 1942 flyers tick me off so much. Because, all in all, the plane, though it can pop a tank, is relatively useless when it comes to accomplishing goals if the whole team is waiting for that one dude to crash so they can try to get the plane. God don't get me started... then there are those pricks who drive jeeps into your plane if youre lucky enough to even get in one... or bazooka'd or machine gunned, all by your own team... THEN, lol, there are those tools that use tanks to drive to the airfield to wait for a free plane in safety while the front line has like 2 assault guys and maybe a medic who only heals himself... whooo. I'm soooooo ready for PS. BF1942 will start collecting dust shortly after its release.

well.. if youre certified with planes then you can get one anytime you want. its possible to help the team by scouting for AMS's or being overall support of your squad (if youre good at flying that is.. hovering while laying fire on an area might be tough)

Wasnt me that said I wnat beta to be delayed. lol, I just cant wait for some of the NDA to get lifted so I can answer more questions. I can't tell you how many threads I know the answer to but cannot say
