in the video, it shows an NC ATV shooting its 2 chainguns.. now which ATV is that? the Wraith, or the basilisk?

Basilisk. Wraith has no weapons. By the way, I think the proper name for them is "quad", not "ATV".

That is the Basilisk, the Wraith has no weapons on it, but it can cloak.

Eh? ATV as in all-terrain-vehicle? We'll its more of a quadcycle then a vehicle to me, since he has to mount it instead of sitting in something...

ATV means all-terrain vehicle. Every PS ground vehicle qualifies as all-terrain, so it makes no sense to call the quad an ATV when a buggy or even a Lightning can handle rough terrain just as well.

And yeah, as what's-his-face there said, it's more of a four-wheeled motorcycle than a contemporary ATV.

Ah, semantics. My long lost love.

The basilisk didn't seem very effective at the close in work. If you noticed when they switched back to that scene again in the vid the other NC player with the pistol was the one to take the Vanu out.

My question would be, if you're riding a wraith and do not have an infil suit...will it cloak at all? Will it cloak and you just hover their? Or is it more like a short range cloaking field similar to the AMS?
