Yep, I got an email like that as well. I'm all hooked up with the full 30 days now.

Definitely get in contact with customer support if you haven't gotten yours yet. Always a good idea to have it sorted out well in advance of the event.

i raised a ticket rather than live chat, couple of hours later and i had a shiny email telling me my game time had been added.

Enjoy guys. I'm super gutted I am away in Boston for a conference until the 6th (but hey, nice fireworks on the 4th) then have to study for something on the 13th. Hoping Beta will be soon after that.

Evidently SOE has no record of me paying for any time of Planetside, so they won't add the 30 days to my account.

I never subscribed to the game for a large amount of time, but I was pretty certain I paid for at least one or two months, but evidently I didn't on my primary account. I hope it doesn't compromise my "veteran" status, but I guess I'll just deal with it if it did.
