LF outfit for a new player (preferably VS)

Hey there, perspective Outfit recruiters. I don't want to have to repeat of my whole "New Player Introduction" thread, which pretty much spells out all of my gaming credentials, so I'll just link to it >>here<<.
Anywho, more to the point about the outfit. I'm looking for a group of players that are serious enough to organize themselves and play the objective, communicate well with each other, and aren't just a big group of lone wolves, but are also open to "fun" play. I.e., dicking around every now and then. So when it comes down to business, you're nothing but business. And when times are lax and the it just feels right, throw in a friendly contest to see who can jump their flash the furthest off of that ramp-like rock.

I've always wanted a game like PS2. A game where myself and my team work as a unit, organizing strategic attacks on objectives where the only viable option is "keep respawning on your nearest squad mate and run forward until we get to the flag." I know that PS2 can deliver a more meaningful and deep combat experience for me. Now I just need to find the right outfight to help me on my way.

Hey download, I just wanted to invite you to join Quantum Dawn. Were a newer North American VS outfit myself and a few friends formed and were trying to get new members to join to get it off the ground.
