I haven't see this anywhere else so...
How does the loading and unloading of galaxys work? Is it by an opening and closing of cargo doors or just pressing a button? Either way, can you do it inflight (effectively parrashooting) and can you drop out in vehicles (car bombs!)

Kenetic dampers or what ever ya call it is your parachute and I'll find a a pic of a buggy loadin into a Galaxy. The only car bombs you get is if you drop too low to the ground (the dampers need time to work)

But I dunno if the pilot opens the back or if its opened by the passenger. Same with the paradrops.

Loading
Drops (the blue shieldy things are the dampers

You can't fire from inside a Galaxy unless you are in a gunner position, and even then you can only fire the gunner guns. Can't throw grenades from a Galaxy. As for firing while falling, I have no idea. Possibly, but probably not.

(My first post in over 2 weeks, computer was out of commision. Dang I feel like I'm missin out on alot of stuff!)

No. You can't get in the cargo bay with the buggy/tank unless you are in said buggy/tank. Even then, you won't be able to open the doors and fire out, the only time you'll open the doors mid-flight is to bail out, and as for my speculation on firing after bailing, see above post.

Yes, you can bail out with a vehicle, and no, you probably won't go splat. Vehicles also have inertia dampeners, that should work the same as the dampeners on infantry. The way they work, as I understand it, is: you must be at least at a certain height to give the inertia dampeners time to kick in, otherwise you will take some damage (go splat...sorta, probably not kill you though).

@TRscpd: Sorry to disappoint you, but no "bombs" at this time. Perhaps they will add bombers at some point later into the game.

*edit* Sorry, I misread your post. If you land on something then it might go splat, depending on what it is. If it's got more armor than you, it just might blow you up instead and survive the impact. Also, (again, as I understand it) if you hit a wall or other solid object (tree, rock, etc.) on your descent (as a vehicle anyways) then you will probably go boom, or at least take some damage.

Cool, thanks. I just thought that it would be fun (no matter how unlikly) to land on someone with a tank or something.
