My specs are:

AMD C-50 Dual Core Processor 1.00 GHZ
2.00gb ram
AMD Radeon 6250.

Do I have any hope of playing? If not can anyone recommend some games for me. Thanks in advance.

Yeah no chance that is happening, both your CPU and GPU (aka APU) is far too weak to even attempt to. If you are looking for game recommendations please make a thread in the gaming forum as that really isn't PS2 discussion.
