Can I create a new player on a different server with the same player name ie: playerx on US E 03 and playerx on US E 01? My problem is that when I started I chose US E 03 and now a few of my friends have signed up with US E 01. I would like to switch to US E 01 but keep the same player name.

When the game is released I assume the server layout will be similar correct? Once a player chooses a server is he bound to that server permanently?
Also can a player delete his character then create a new one on a different server with the same name they had previously? Thanks for the quick reply btw...
