Expand on the /report feature & or chat box features

Posted this up on the offical forums but it got buried as most threads do by the avalanch spam threads, so going to throw it on here instead.

I said this during TT & beta that maybe the /report feature should be expanded on, as we have it now we need to type in /report "player name"

Would it be an idea to be able to right click on player names in the chat box and be able to select several options

/friend
/pm (/tell)
/report -> reason for reporting (suspected hacker or use of inappropriate language)

We all know lots of people use very difficult names to spell to get around getting reported.
I also thought maybe having a similar /report feature on the death screen.

Good idea / bad idea?

The major drawn back to it being /report flooded by players who get killed throw a fit and report a normal player just because. Still perhaps the benefits outweigh the negatives

Yup, the report feature is not refined enough, they should at least make a distinction between cheating and rude behaviour so they can check things easier.

What's sad is that this will probably help Sony filter through these things faster (assuming a human has to look at each one) yet we are the ones suggesting it.

at least something like /reportlastkilled and /reportlastkiller though it might have abuse potential too.

Yes it seems like a good idea. That said the people that have to deal with reports probably know best what they need to be able to efficiently deal with them, although I can't imagine they wouldn't want a little more info than just someones name
