In my opinion, the RAM needs a definite upgrade first. You'll still be able to run PS with that video card.
Long term upgrade should be a new mobo. I recommend getting the Asus A7n8x board myself. You know what kind of product Asus makes. Or, if you're an Overclocker, get the Epox 8RDA+ board. I've got one of those and have yet to start OCing it. But it really is a nice board with tweaks and stuff built right into it.
