It effective in certain circumstances compared to the Decimator or other rocket launchers the NC have. If you have cover and your target is 50+ meters away and no one is shooting at you it's pretty fun. Upclose it's pretty much usless, in a big fight you are limited because you are completely helpess to gunfire while flying it so it's a high risk option. Also I would say in the last week 1-2 of every 5 shots is getting shot down in flight if there are people paying attention and there are still miss fires at the worst possible times haha.
I am not a fan of lock on missles preffering aimed dumbfire options and the only lockon I occasionally use anymore is the Hawk as more of a deterent than anything.
