Portraits (Headshots)

Hello everyone,

I understand that the paperdoll/headshots requests are not implemented yet, but is there any other way to get a portrait for a character?

I figured that this will get me the paperdoll:

Is there something similar for portraits?
And does anyone know what "active_icon_id" stands for?
