No, not gonna buy it. They way I see it, the proper way for SOE to address these combinations is by selling the base model of the weapon, then selling the Black and Gold weapon skins as separate aesthetics. They can be 700 SC apiece, but this would also force them to make black and gold trim versions of every weapon that already exists, or otherwise have some way to limit it to pistols for now.

Yeah, I am also one of the guys against the new politic of overpriced cosmetic items.
Everyone complains that the standard weapons costs $7 dollars each.
So they make weapons more expensive?
If the standard one was $7, the black $8 and the gold $10 I would live with that, or a gold color skin for all your weapons for $5 it would be better.

er.. why would i give a damn about a blinged out weapon? also, if im going to buy one, im going to wait until they continue their usual streak of what they've been doing lately: release something, wait a week or two, nerf it, release version 2 that performs better.

I'd like to thank the people who did buy these weapons, @ $20 a piece, for setting the new benchmark for future "gold" items.
Hopefully you lot can support the rest of us by lashing out on over priced gold pixels and maybe reducing the cost of all the others.

Might be a chance to gain a little more financial support here Hamma.
You have access to see who spent the cash, perhaps target them for a PSU special, default gold text in signatures for $50 contributors ?

Its a beautiful gun. Wish I had the 2k sc to throw at it. The plain whit one with a camo is a blast to shoot. Hope they leave it alone.

I had put a small disclaimer at the bottom of it stating that I know that contributors of $100 get the gold name but didnt think I needed to and removed it.

For sigs like below I thought it was a good proposal considering people are prepared to effectively pay $20 for gold camo to use on one weapon.
