Headlights on Vehicles

So what accounts for the headlights being off in some screenshots? Do they automatically turn off during the day?

The head lights dont do anything. They are for looks.

They are always on.

very easy way to get around this problem ... just strap a Vanu corpse across the front of your vehicle, blocking the headlights
