Stalker cloak and Melee weapons

At about 52:10 Higby says that with the infiltrator update they will be able to cert into stalker cloak and they have some neat things planeed with melee.

I wonder what kind of neat melee things we have in store for us.

but i am very happy about the stalker cloak. i really hope this will be an equivalent to the ps1 cloaker suit.

now reintroduce vehicle hacking as well, and some of my favorite playstyles would be possible again! and please give us spitfires and the option to sneak up on them and hack them.

What is the difference between a stalker cloak and the one infils are using now?

Stalker cloak lasts forever, as opposed to x amount of seconds.

You give up your primary weapon for the perma cloak.

just to put in what Higgles said in the video people didn't really say above me:

when the infiltrator update comes, which is next, one of the things he said that will be in the update would be the ability to cert into a type of cloak called the stalker cloak, which was from the first PlanetSide. what it allowed you to do was to have unlimited cloak, but you could have no primary weapon, and could only carry a pistol. also, it would allow them to explore additional melee options for stalker cloakers.
