Most likely, yes, don't know of anything that could limit there choices as far as vehicles go.

To my knowlege only the MAX has limitations as to which vehicles can be mounted...

Maxes cant enter any vehicles but the sunderer and galaxy, and can pilot none.

Reinforced (medium) armor can only drive in an open-topped vehicle, such as a basilisk, but when i last checked they can get in any vehicle.

Inflitration armor can pilot all vehicles, it is in the same class as Agile.

standard, agile and infiltrator suit can pilot ANY vehicle in the game, reinforced only open-topped vehicles like harrasser, maurader, wraith and basilisk. Maxs can only be passengers in the galaxy and sunderer as said b4.
