Great Ideas (Hypothtical) Includes Antismack technology

Alot of people have been mentioning boats and things, and flying airbases. At first my thoughts were BF1942 style where people would just be dumb with them and be idiots. But then another thought came to mind... For large sea/airbases (that move) would move very slowly, and would have lots of defence and power. But to stop some n00b flying them away from the battle or doing something stupid with them you need a good idea, and my freinds, i have that good idea. My idea was for the commander to have direct control over these large mobile bases. With a bot at the wheel, with any human interfernce save orders from the commander. Also, adding a new type of building to continents, such as a command Depot or something similar. There a commander would assume greater command over the entire amount of forces on the continent, maybe more like a general executing a campaign. Anyways, once this type of building is captured the Commander at the station can call in the massive floating (in air or water) mobile bases. They would slowly descend from space, or perhaps fly in from the sanctuary. Also this special commander would have the ability to coordinate with all of the field commanders to make a large-scale battle plan. These floating bases would also include built-in command terminals.
