Hi

I am New to this Forum , but not to the game , Have been playing it for more then 7 months now ( left it for 5 months ) but now i decided to come back & get a crew of good players together for a new outfit .

I learned about this place white googling for a place where i can discuss & converse with other PS players ( other then official forums ) , and i am glad I found this .

I Have not much experience in recruiting players in FPS , but i will try , & I hope you people will guide me where I go Wrong .

I Play in US WEST Connery .

I want This outfit to be Unique , Something Planetside 2 Has not seen yet , I dont want to create an outfit that has the Most members , or have the Highest BR average , I want an outfit where We Enjoy Playing , where we can Experiment our own unique play styles & Formations , an outfit that moves together , Stays together & fights together , I want an outfit where we compensate our lack of Skill with Unity & Discipline , an outfit that can go toe to toe with another outfit .

Every since I started playing Planetside2 I started working on my own unique Formations , something PS2 has not seen , from Infantry , Air to Armor , I have around 10 formations So far .
