I hope they dont collect PC info yet. My graphics card just died and its running on the interal crappy one that can barely handle old games. Trying to get a new pc in january. Dam card had to die just as I got Dota 2 beta and now PS2 beta announced

Yes the key point is beta has NOT STARTED yet. All they are doing is taking signups, probably gauging interest to plan out their beta roadmap.

This site/forums needs to be added to the community links (or at least the official PS1 forums) until the official PS2 forums are launched

www.reddit.com/r/PlanetSide needs to be added too, it's a much better social medium for gamers than twitter/facebook are.

It's more than a hint. Goku, and everyone else wondering if ps1 subscribers get priority, the FAQ for ps2 says it pretty clearly: "We will ensure that PlanetSide players will be among the first in."
