Gotta say I agree with the consensus here, sounds like he was tk'ing and was using a trick not to get grief. Or perhaps he was just "following orders" which led to a good deal of tk'ing. Either way it was probably pissing the hell out of people at that creation pad and if I had been there I would've been bitching just as much.

No different than when a CR5 starts global spamming some BS message, like a asshat the other night moaning about how great cheesy burrito's are and they rule all, over and over and over.

What your buddy did and all those examples have one thing in common, it pisses off other players. My opinion is that its about time the Customer Service people did SOMETHING.

You seemed to misunderstand. I didn't OS anyone, I was actually fighting for a couple bases while this went on, but when the command chat filled up with this stuff I drove over and watched the nameless people OS the people at the vehicle pad. Anyway, the person who got blamed was wrongfully accused, that's the fact of the matter.

Edit: You can't OS 3 times in a row, there were 4 or 5 seperate CR5 commanders doing this. The one who got accused didn't OS anybody. I think I'd know him a lot more than any of you. So the consensus is 80% wrong. It was stupid shit, but he got blamed for doing absolutely nothing. The people who were doing it were having fun but none the less it was stupid and an innocent CR5 got blamed by the retarded CSR's who probably couldn't tell their elbow from their ass.

You said it yourself that the people who were OSing showed up nameless. I'm guessing they did this by logging off before the OS went through or something? Anyways how can you be sure that this person who got grief was wrongly punished. You can't really. Just because he says he didn't do it doesn't me he didn't. Now if he was in a different base, or in the basement of the base that's a different story. Please clarify why he is innocent.

I can tell you how I know. I have CR5 chat. I could hear who's 'turn' it was. I could hear them saying "Ok, lemme do this one."

Plus smaug, I don't know how many times I've had to say this, but:
You cannot use an OS more than once every three hours!
He was accused of OSing 3-5 times (different people said different things) within 10 minutes. This is impossible.

I can indeed vouch for the innocence of the cr5 that got slammed with grief. I was listening to the command chat the whole time, and it was more than clear that the one blamed was not the one responsible. I would have taken screenshots if I had thought this would end up as anything other than a case of "lets give people more reason to tk cr5s and send them idiotic tells then ignore them."

I've got two points. Well, there's a third - but it's been said before.

1) If your little CR5 butt-budies actually cared about the poor sap that got the punishment, they should've stepped forward. The CSR's aren't there to sort out the playground quarrels, they're there to make sure that stuff like this doesn't happen again. Your friends acted like idiots, and in turn got what they (well just that one guy) deserved.

2) Your innocent little friend is in no way innocent. He killed those CR4/CR5s doing the OS's so they wouldn't collect the grief. He in fact was working around the punishment system in-game. As such, he's probably the main one that deserves the grief.

3) You and your little groupies are idiots, plain and simple.

You and your 'boys' learnt a lesson, that's all that matters. Enjoy.
