Rather than calling up, try doing the online support thing from the planetside homepage http://planetside.station.sony.com it takes a short while to be connected to an advisor, but you can chat to them for a while (although they pretty much know about as much as you!)

if you look on the support section of the official website, there is an option to talk directly (like instant messenger) to a Customer Service rep... This works like instant messenger when you use it, and just utilises either your broadband, or dialup connection, so doesn't cost any more than you pay for your internet connection... good luck Dym |
