look behind you, SCOTT! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
21. I'm kinda a live-and-let-live to the extreme. Government should be weak, the individual strong, unless the individuals in a country have given up their individuality to A&F freely, or are too stupid to govern themselves. I think that the US is NOT the greatest threat to the world because our populace can't stand casualties on either side.

MLK day shouldn't be changed to "civil rights day" just because our founding fathers birthdays became "Presidents Day". I believe it was someone from bohica is another thread that said that two wrongs dont make a right.
Conservatives must make a stand somewhere, and defending the day that honors a great man that tried to correct injustice without creating more would be the perfect position. Liberals would not risk their public opinion by saying MLK wasn't great, and conservatives could help their position by showing they respect the man. I would think that we would have learned from history that apeasment doesn't work with an ambitious foe. Give him some and they will want more. You'll have to stand up to them or they will back you into a corner. This may seem extream, but if you look at events prior to WWII and other conflicts, I'm sure you will understand my position. To give in is to show weakness. To show weakness is to invate attack. This is why I will fight back whenever I am atacked, dispite who the foe is.
