Anyway, the Atkins diet is fucking awesome, Spider. I lost 10 lbs in one week, usually dramatic results are expected on week one. After that, weight loss slows, which is good, 10 lbs in a week is just scary. It's not torture. I'm on it. You just have to focus on all the shit you can pig out on now, like pork rinds, cheese, and BACON!
