Depends on my motives.

If I'm getting paid for it, making it look like an accident prevents most people from asking a lot of uncomfortable questions.

If I'm going to try to get information from my victim before he dies, then it's a simple thing of drilling into the back of the skull, just above the shoulders. There are no nerve endings there, so the victim will not feel pain. Then small little electrodes get put into the skull at certain key area's of the brain that I can get to (things like bowel control and vocal communcation....) and control them through small voltage charges.

If I'm going to just kill you because you did something very bad to me, I will slowly become your husband/wife/gf/bf/parents best friend. Each and every day you would see me and I would act nonchalantly. If the subject is broached, I pass it off as a "misunderstanding" and that I "forgave you a long time ago" speech. I will become your aunts/uncles/grandfathers acquaintences. I will slowly gain their trust in me, and then turn around and start to blame small things upon you. Slowly my plan works into your mind until you realize it's too late. You will be denounced from your family/gf/wife/husband/bf circle. You will attempt to prove that I was the culprit, but it would just bounce back to you 10 fold.

It is at this point I remind you what you did to me; what I had to suffer through, and what the only final solution will be.

You snap, you are not seeing, hearing, or thinking, your animalistic instinct takes over, you are oblivious to your surroundings. In that kind of rage your mind is completly focused on one thing and you wont stop or regain your senses untill your task is done or you are subdued.

When on TV you see some crazy mother fucker going berzerk and it takes 5 cops or 5 shotgun blasts to stop him from stabbing his wife to death, that is a blindless rage.
