I mean, this isn't an RPG. Higher BR just gives you more choices and ways to fight.
If people can play CS and BF1942 with no real reward out of it(no matter how much you play, you're not going to be a higher "level" or have more exp than the next guy), why can't PS?

I agree, as is high levels seem fairly well balenced with lower, however what I would like is if one could either become Br20/Cr5 OR Br30/Cr0. Thus a greater seperation between grunts and commanders, also if you really want those extra 3 certs, and don't care about leading, You could shoot for Br23/Cr2.
