Games or invest it in the bank. Actually if you're old enough (i dont know your age), spend it on parts for your car or put it towards a car/gasoline.
Currently I have about 1000 that I've been kinda saving over the years. Until a year or two ago, I useed most of my money to buy games, but since I started playing PS/CoD/FFXI, I more or less stopped playing console games. Therefore, aside from the monthly fees I didn't have anything to spend it on, so I saved it. And I am glad I did, because now I have money to buy a decent paintball gun and equipment since I recently got into that. So see? saving pays off since you'll always have some money in your pocket in case something you really want comes out.
