Contracts is a lot more lenieunt with missing gaurds than Hitman 2 was. In hitman 2, you could be in a gaurd outfit and not have killed anyone, but if you walked close enough to another gaurd, they would shoot you. That really sucked when it came to going indoors because you were close to everyone.
