I agree with Rbstr completely. I just like my 256mb because I used to have a 128mb Radeon 9700, but it broke. Alienware was out of stock so they gave me the 256mb Radeon 9800 Pro for free

Uh...no. The difference between 2.0ghz and 2.8ghz is negligable. You might not be able to max out all the settings, but you won't be able to do that with 2.8ghz either. The point is that a better video card would make a much bigger difference than 800 extra mhz.
