The TV miniseries "Helen of Troy" was better. This movie sucked. It had action and hot babes, but that's it. It's a Hollywood version- these are the same retards who made Titanic into something it clearly was not.

The story of the war with Troy is, for all intents and purposes, true enough. There was a war between Greece and the city-state of Troy, also known as Troas. Look for it on the map, roundabout Turkey. It was mainly over trade and water-rights, but because humans are drama fools we have to add in some chicks, some duels, and some mythology.

PS- Leonardo di Crappio sucks. Any movie with him sucks. Even if it has Tom Hanks in it.

Yes I know both the history of Alexander and the story of Troy, Oof said "not another one" I didn't know if he meant this would be just as bad (or not as good) as a previously released Alexander movie or if he meant they would screw up the "history". (I didn't know if he knew the "history".)

I'm not an accuracy stickler like you guys are, I enjoyed Troy, I will probablly enjoy Alexander, and I am really looking forward to and hoping I will enjoy King Arthur. If i want an accurate version of these stories I will read them myself, but I go to the movies for entertainment, not a literature or history lesson on things I already know.
