Anyway, I wouldn't mind some help in making it trigger about once in one hour with a 3 second delay for the script running, if that's possible.

I don't have any yes/no scripts, no scrawl scripts. That's the only one that could be classed as annoying, but only when it's abused. And it's only annoying to aztec.

IMO, people who abuse scripts should be banned. The scripts wouldn't trigger if they didn't abuse them.

<3 my scripts. And yeah, theres stuff u can do to keep the caps lock name kicks from happening. Dhark thought it was funny to do it to me while i was playing a game, so I just added a $lower($nick) to my script and fixed it.

yeah it just returns the nick in lower case :\ not the perfect fix but it works. Personally I think the CAPS LOCK kick is what needs to go, it has been nothing but trouble and a headache.

It can be useful since sometimes people typing in all caps gets annoying... but If I copy something (a paragraph for example) that has 18 caps in it at various points and paste it then I get caps kicked and that gets annoying...

Uhm, I used to run a channel on another IRC server and I'm FAIRLY certain you can set the caps lock kick to only work when a certain number of successive caps are entered. Perhaps we should have it set up that way.

Thus if it was set to kick on > 10 successive caps "HOLY freakin MOLY my feet smell BAD" wont result in a kick, but "HOLY FREAKIN MOLY my feet smell bad" would.
