Alright guys, I'm shutting down the machine.
Don't know when the eye is set to hit, but the sky has gone red, then purple, and now it's steel grey. The wind is picking up and it's starting to rain. I hope that if the power goes out, we get it back soon. We'll report back as soon as it happens. Good luck to you Floridians, God speed. EDIT: Oddfish, blow up ma' cellie tomorrow or something, we can have a post-hurricane/eat non-perishables party

The hurricane has missed Miami, causing panic but no damage. AGAIN.

The gun kata treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents while keeping the defender clear of the statistically traditional trajectories of return fire. By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly. |

Yeah I'm up here in Daytona, waiting patiently.
I am praying ferverently that the beast dies soon and misses us entirely. That week without power sucked - not to mention the fact that our walls and roof are a little jarbled from the last two hurricanes. All I can think of is this one flight instructor I know. I asked him, "SO what do you think about this Charley?". He laughed and said, "I've been here for six years and have seen two hurricanes."

it's kinda here.
before the storm trig took these. i concluded that the sky looked like pre-bending amerish. this is what it looks like now-ish. this is a 13-second exposure, and the camera is staying still - it's the trees that are moving around that much. this is our ceiling, lovin' the rain. more paint falling off.
