Mosquitoes, harassers, basilisks can all hit through shields. Infantry AV weapons can't, but regular bullet weapons can. Jammer grenades hit through as well.

so the full list of vehicles is: Basilisk, Harasser, Lightning, Marauder, Mosquito, and Skygaurd. Looks like the TR are the only ones with an empire specific vehicle that can shoot through the shields, but i'll bet the Harasser or skyguard would be the most effective. they have very good speed and a driver/gunner set up. they should be able to go around the BFR and hit the shield generator.

Alls I know from testing so far is that it will take a Falcon Max like 5 minutes to kill the Alphleion, even when no one is operating the Alphleion. I did more damage to BFRs with a Scatmax up close than the Falcon

Regardless of which is most effective, the mosquito will be the one to do it the most, as the mosquito is good at mowing down infantry as well, and most people in PS seem to have the mosquito or air cavalry cert (although aircraft will probably be a bit less common once the BFRs are out, as anti-air BFRs are damn good at what they do).
