Yeah, I was reading an article about power armors on that wiki today and stumbled upon this quote:
"We tried to model the power armor as T-Ray did in the opening movie and game, but he could get away with clipping that would look really bad at close distances or certain angles."
Among other things, he is responsible for drawing the timeless Vault Boy.
