OR the AV class's other role might be, for instance, setting up mine fields, instead of the Engineer. Highly doubtful, but you never know.

Seeing as that's how it is in BFBC2 that sounds like something that could be in.

My point exactly, however with spitfire turrets gone that might leave Engineers with little to do. We still don't know what toys they have at their disposal, tough, other than the deployable machineguns.

I hope they give engineers mobile spawns points with a cloak device. Something to fill void of AMS now gone. Also mobile equipment/vehicle terms.
