you really can't be a fan of Dune if you even mention that abortion of a movie that you got the pic from, the british did a much better job with the adaption they made for TV over there,it was a miniseries and stayed true to the first two books.

the TR is the Empire(House Corrino),thats easy enough,

the NC are House Atreides

the VS are the Guild with a healthy mix of House Vernius(IX)

and its Muad'Dib.

the best character in all the books is Miles Teg and ChapterHouse is the best book of the series

Yeah I preferred the TV miniseries as well, but that was the quickest recognizable Fremen picture I could find. As for any inaccuracy of analogy, that was just me trying to shoe horn the VS into the Fremen, because fuck the police.

I was going to bring all the Dune comparison last week but didn't think it really applied.

I have been reading and rereading the Dune series since approx 1984 and have probably read the whole series atleast 15 times since.
