Gameplay: Bounty Missions

I could see having a sort of 'pool' bounty on a specific outfit. VS places a bounty on the NC Blue Lions Outfit. All VS who hate the blue lions contribute to the pool, and therefore have a chance to gain some of it back when they kill a member of the Blue Lions.... maybe too convoluted, but I could see how something like this might work.
