i played ma/av/rexo/engi/adv. hack/prowler/ams in ps1 but have enjoyed playing medic in both bfbc2 and bf3 so i'll probably try to build up medic skills first this time.

Aircraft / engineer - I'll be flying galaxies and Mossie's mostly, but keeping some engineering for when there is a roof over my head or bullet holes in my wind shield!

I selected every role except for Infil. Unless DARK has a specific role requirement for me when running ops I will be playing pretty much every role (often determined by what I feel my empire needs at the time) except for Cloaker and sniper, although I may snipe more depending on how many enemy snipers we have to deal with.

I'll spend a lot of time on quick response, Air Cav, and solo tanking (I'm still leaning towards the Lightning rather than the Mag for PS2 depending on how much both have changed from PS1). I'll also do a lot of grunting, but which class I use will depend on the specific capabilities of the different classes. I will be a rifleman though, as opposed to using the Lasher or providing SAW/LMG fire support.

Depending on what MAX special ability VS MAXes have I may or may not use them very much.

Well for my outfit it was a requirement to have Adv Medic so I got to enjoy rezzing & being rezzed. While my outfit was traditionally Air oriented, I was one of the Rexo/MAX units dropping out of the Gal to wreck enemy forces. I was also one of the Sundy/tankers so I selected air/ground vehic/heavy assault/medic. Good old groundpounder here.

Whatever else I might do, I'll be certed for combat engie. And so will any other TR worth their salt. And everywhere we go we'll create a creeping separatist-eating black hole of a minefield, as it ever was of old....

Aircraft and whatever sort of infantry i find the most effective for me, probably heavy, germ it up with a thumper and MA or something equally gay in true SKYeXile style.

Hmm I don't really know. In BF3 I usually go Assault/Medic... Supporting/Defensive.

In PS1 I was a bitching lib pilot, both bombing and commando, and played fast response. So barring any strong negatives in the flying system in PS2, I see myself in the air a lot.

I think I might also want to run a gun ship. If they do it right, it'll be a lot of fun. Which I think they'll do it right. Will of course have a Scythe but that goes without saying... Ima basically be doing every roll. Cause, I's a beast. But mostly gunship while I level. + Some sort of indoor infantry. With a side of Scythe.
