Frameless screens already exist too :O

I think... I'm fairly sure ive seen something regarding them, but at least seems that they are nowhere near common in commercial world.

I'm more interested in knowing if that is in- or outdoors and if outdoors, how much cover you get from it.

Considering the darkness though, I'd say indoors. Which would make OSes and Liberator strikes on vpads a thing of the past. I wouldn't have to yell at people to disperse anymore... :x

Not sure if I can cope with that.

nice, given multiple players need to use the screen at one its unlikely that the screen shows a real time menu. However its nice to see that small things are around to make the world feel alive as you walk past it.

The most interesting thing about this picture isnt that its a vehicle terminal; its that it is the first interior shot weve seen. We can clearly see a ceiling and windows....

Please make quick menus available at the vehicle term, so I can hit "use" then 1,3,5 for my first vehicle, say, a tank, with option set 3, which is twin AA guns, and 5 being loaded to the gills with AA ammo.

I don't want to fumble with a mouse in-game, for any menu, ever.

And we need more faves in our Equipment Term menus, too, so we can do a two- or three- digit quick code to get our favorite loadouts, instead of having to wade through the molasses of mouse-choosing all over the place if we want to change even one item from the only ten choices we have.

Less time doing unnecessary stuff, and more time doing stuff that is necessary. it shouldn't be necessary to mouse-select anything. I should be able to hit enter, my favorite number sequence, and be off.

Not hit enter, then have to scroll through a list of vehicles, then select one, then re-click it, etc. Slows things down, and adds nothing to the game.

Hotkeys for all menus are a necessity.

The walls are a little too brown-orange to be concrete, unless Nanite Systems decided to go with red brick when constructing the base. Either that's due to the sunrise/sunset or that's actually and underground terminal.

I'm leaning more towards underground, since it seems to be for ground cav. Aircav probably has a different terminal elsewhere in the base (ala Techplant style).

I think its view selection (Side, Top, Front).

I'd think the screen is more eye candy than anything else. Can you imagine 20 people all crowding around trying to use that screen to pull a vehicle? It would suck, unless there was no body collision,

Hmmm, a hologram. Gotta actually be looking at it while picking. Must show client side or many can't use it at once. Imagine the lines.
