As a PS1 vet, when I went on the site to register my interest in beta, they told me I had been accepted.

Therefore, I'm ready to rock 'n' roll!

Man... i really want that beta key... but i don't live in england...

I would ask for you guys to buy me a copy but you would have to tell me the cost and i would have to make a paypal account.

If someone is interested in selling me that beta key i would be more than happy to pay you!

PS: I am a 2 minute old PS2 newbie!!!

I'm also a vet, but I don't remember getting anything as definite as that when I signed up for beta on the website, back when they didn't have these new-fangled beta-key-redemption thingamabobs.

I decided that it couldn't hurt to also register the PCGamer beta key on my PlanetSide1-containing account (I was going to say old but I guess I'm going to be using it for this game too!).

Hopefully that just means my chances are doubled

You have already signed-up for the PlanetSide 2 Beta program. If your email address has changed since you signed up, please update it in Account Management so that we can send you the latest updates on the Beta program, including how to jump in if you are selected.

The editorial staff at the swedish version of PC Gamer really needs to get a clue about what Planetside 2 really is.. Not a single mention since last fall!

Does anyone know how important these keys are relatively? I'm a PS1 vet from years ago and I wasn't sure if I needed to "stack" my chances of getting into beta. I figured these keys were mostly an effective way to get people interested. Not that I'm in a hurry, mind you, just curious to see if I missed out by not spending money for a beta key when they were available in the US.

If i'm not mistaken you can subscribe to the UK zinio online edition and you will receive the code. Though it is 33$ for a year subscription.
