Higby has been talking about how much he respects EVE and wants to create a similar meta game situation. Making open conts will probably act like 0.0 space in EVE where players build and destroy things. Should be a freaking blast as along as there are as few rules as possible.

This will be huge! Anyone who ever played DAoC or Lineage 2 knows what I'm talking about.

Fighting for your empire is one thing. Fighiting to defend your own base is another. This will create huge turmoils of emotion and go in great length to increase the hate between the factions.
