I don't see it, the terms clash for me.

The Vanu race dosn't fight for annything... the Vanu race has tracended to a higher plane of existance or so it's belived in the story line.

Now if Vanu is refering to the VS.... well then you're not fighting for a race but an empire hehe.

I'd like to be able to give internal Outfit ranks. Helps orginization, creates natural dicipline, and I'd like to designate certain members of the Outfit as recruiters.

II, Death's Head Rebellion..a short story anthology in the CoDominium universe originated by Jerry Pournelle. Specifically, the first story "The Face of the Enemy". It's *really* good.
