VS underpopulation on Ceres is ridiculous

I'd kill for 30% pop. Last night, 10 PM EST, VS on Waterson had 24% population.

30%? lol. That's the population we get on one continent, while the other two are in the single digits.

30% is the highest pop we ever managed to get when we get lucky, 90% of the time it's 25-28% and thats pretty damn bad compared to 35-40% TR and NC pop.
Just today we managed to somehow get a balanced pop on Esamir and it was amazing, finally a balanced fight against the enemy which wasn't on Indar, haven't seen that in 2 months.

SOE seriously need to have more VS propaganda to get more fresh players onto our side

Transfers cannot come soon enough. VS on Waterson is just going to keep dropping in pop, really hope Higby and the dev's realize this is a major issue that is getting worse the longer it goes on.

Give people a reason to play VS, it's horrible on Waterson. Either give the VS some sort of population boost through making us the flavor of the month or give us transfers already. As much as people seem to ignore the problem, it blows to play on the horribly underpopulated side day after day. It's not like it's been this way for a week, or even a month. People are getting really stick of it.
Give us transfers so those of us who want a chance in hell of success can move to a more balanced server. (Mattherson hows your VS looking?!)

If you could get the devs to change the colors I bet the problem would be mostly solved in a month.


The original colors probably should have been.

Yellow - with black trim(lots of black.)
Red - with some grey trim.
Blue - with some white trim.

Well i picked VS since i like their Ideology, if i went TR or NC i probably wouldn't care at all if we lose or win since i don't like those two factions.
I don't like the idea of oppresion just to keep peace and the NC aren't fighting for freedom at all, they're controlled by greedy corporations who only want the Republic out of the way so they can make more money.

Thats the magic of PS2 for me, picking the empire you belive is right and than fighting for it. The game would be less fun for me if i just picked the empire which looks the coolest for me.

Also i seriously doubt it's because of the colours, it's most likely because of the aesthetic design, VS weapons and character models look fairly bad if you don't buy composite armor and camos.

True, but just shifting the colours could have a big impact. If the base was black and the highlights purple, rather than base purple/highlights teal, there'd be an immediate increase in the coefficient of badassery.

Which doesn't change the lore for those who chose their faction based on that (which is exactly why I chose play VS) but also wouldn't put casuals off picking them based on looks.

I mean - we have purple helmets. Who EVER thought that would be a good idea??
