What i don't understand, how do i have faster upload times then download times? Isn't it always download is faster and upload slow?

Edit: Nevermind, just looked it up, its because downloading is more important than uploading so more priority is put to the downloading packets than the uploading packets.

If its only one server it should be placed in the midwest, Chicago. To me thats the most logical fairest way its a huge hub basically in the center of the USA.
